Our Shepherd Huts
Our luxury bespoke shepherd huts are anything you want them to be so lets get creative!
A sturdy shell built on a steel chassis with cast iron wheels can be priced for you depending on your desired size and a variety of external/internal cladding options.
We then start the process of designing your hut based on an in depth consultation to discuss your wants and needs in order to create your personalised quote.
At Hambleden Huts, we believe that luxury does not have to break the bank.

The Team
My name is Ben, I have been building bespoke shepherd huts since 2015.
I first discovered my love for building these beautiful spaces when helping my brother build his tiny home close to his art studio. This hut can be viewed in our gallery section.
This prompted me to repurpose my skills as a carpenter and build shepherd huts full time with a larger company.
Having learnt so much over the years whilst building confidence in my own skills and knowledge, I decided to start my own small company.
I get real joy out of every aspect of creating and feel a sense of pride from every build.
Building shepherds huts has become a passion for me, constantly coming up with creative ideas for layout , space saving storage solutions and even sustainable elements to take our huts off grid!
My team would not be complete without without my fluffy companion and business partner , Millie. A Border Collie cross who loves to be involved and who has become a great friend to many of my customers.
Planning Permision
A little bit about planning permission and the footings and utilities required to get the best out of your shepherds hut.
At Hambleden Huts we never claim to be something we are not. Planning permission is a grey area and we understand that it really depends on location, what your hut will be used for, size, design etc. to determine your permissions.
As a result we recommend that you contact your local planning specialist during the consultation process, just to make sure you don't fall into any of those grey areas.
On the whole, throughout the UK planning is quite relaxed in relation to moveable homes.
Once you have ticked the boxes with your local planning specialist and we've built your shepherds hut, its time to deliver!
Prior to delivery we will work closely with you to ensure your land and utilities are ready for a seamless connection on delivery day.
